Who we are
Olympic City Paving is a family-owned asphalt paving contractor serving Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you request an estimate — through this website, through a form on Facebook or Instagram, or by calling or texting us — we may collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The address or cross street of the property you want work done on
- Details about the job, such as the current surface and your timeline
- Whether you own the property
If you submit a form through Facebook or Instagram, some of these fields may be filled in automatically from your account. You can change them before you submit.
We do not collect payment information through this website.
Why we collect it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your request and quote your job. That means calling or texting you back, scheduling an estimate, sending you a quote, and following up about the work.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Calls and text messages
By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may call and text you about your estimate request and any work we do for you. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to stop calling at any time by telling us on the phone or by emailing us. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop us from contacting you about work already in progress.
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else sees your information
We use a customer management system to store enquiries and to send appointment and follow-up messages. That provider processes your information on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for anything else.
We may also disclose information if we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them to service the job, honor a warranty, and meet our record-keeping obligations. After that we delete them.
