Seal Coating
Colorado sun, snowmelt and freeze-thaw pull the binder out of asphalt and turn it gray and brittle. Seal coating puts a protective layer back over the surface, keeps water out of the pavement and restores that deep black finish. It is the cheapest thing you can do to add years to a lot or driveway.
